Sporo czasu zajęło mi znalezienie autora tych stempli.

I never thought I will ever get the opportunity to work with Ryn Tanaka. A few years ago I found one of Ryn’s cards online, created using her own stunning stamps. It took some time for me to find out who created these beautiful stamps. When I found Ryn and her shop Design by Ryn I did some shopping and I felt it was definitely not enough, because I just bought a few stamps, and I wanted to have them all. Life tends to give you dreams in portions so that you can wish for more...

Not long ago I asked Ryn for some assistance and it turned out I got more than I dreamed of! Ryn offered me being part of her team and having the opportunity to work with her collection. What a fantastic opportunity, right? Such chances come rarely so I grabbed a hold of it with both hands. I don’t intend to let go of it! :-)

Pora zaprezentować pierwszą kartę wykonaną dla Ryn.

Here is my first card I made for Ryn.

Bazą do jej wykonania jest stempel Design by Ryn Water Droplets i Hartfeld Creations Vintage Life Background

To create this card I used stamp - Water Droplets from Design by Ryn -  and Heartfelt Creations Vintage Life Background.

Potrzebne były również tusze Distress Ink, w sumie użyłam 4 kolorów Walnut Stain, Tumbled Glass, Black Spoot i Antique Linen

I also used some Distress Inks. In total I used 4 colours: Walnut Stain, Tumbled Glass, Black Soot i Antique Linen.

First I stamped my scripty background stamp on a white cardstock and I went in with mixed Walnut Stain and Black Soot inks to make it look like an old manuscript. I also removed some of the ink on the edges before stamping for a more vintage look. I then stamped Ryn’s droplets using Archival Watering Can ink. I used this colour instead of black because I did not want the impression to be too perfect.

Next step was to add colour to the droplets. For that I used some of the Tumbled Gladd Distress Ink which I smoothed on an acrylic block and mixed with water. Then I added some of that colour to each droplet.

Tutaj w przybliżeniu widzisz delikatne zabarwienie poszczególnych kropelek

On this close up, you can see the delicate coloring on each of the droplets.

Następnie nadszedł czas, aby dodać "starości " do panelu. Użyłam tuszu DI Antique Linen, który nałożyłam gąbką na brzegi i trochę do środka panelu. Pozostawiłam centrum białe, bez cieniowania, aby kierować uwagę do centrum właśnie.

Then I wanted to add  a vintage look to the whole panel. I used Antique Linen DI to sponge the edges and some parts towards the middle of the whole piece. I left the middle part of the panel white, without any shading, to catch the viewers eye.

Aby uzyskać większą głębię pocieniowałam dodatkowo brzegi tuszem DI w odcieniu Walnut Stain

To achieve a greater depth I also sponged some Walnut Stain DI on the edges.

After that was done I wanted to add some shine to the droplets. I used my Sakura white Gelly Roll pen to add more details to the droplets.

To embellish my card I added some coffee coloured sequins, blue Gerlach crystal and “Miss You” sentiment from Serendipity, stamped on the vellum.

At first I just wanted to stamp the sentiment on the "parchment paper" but it turned out to be hardly visible. That is why I added some faded plum colour cardstock underneath it.

Końcowy efekt przedstawiają poniższe zdjęcia

Here are a few pictures if the finished card.
